Hillary Clinton Reveals Her Troublesome Character

In a recent speech Hillary Rodham Clinton gave while on the campaign trail, she compared Republicans to terrorists presumably because many of them oppose Planned Parenthood’s (PP) practice of selling baby parts and fetal tissue for a profit. First of all, that she doesn’t see this as morally wrong is troublesome and speaks volumes about her character. For Clinton, though, to start name-calling because she disagrees with the way most people, let alone Republicans, feel about murdering unborn, and sometimes just-born and intact, babies is just mind-blowing. Name-calling is a normal tactic for liberals, to be sure.

“Extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorist groups,” Clinton decried. “We expect that from people who don’t want to live in the modern world. But it’s a little hard to take coming from Republicans who want to be the president of the United States, yet they espouse out-of-date and out-of-touch policies.”

To Hillary, anyone who doesn’t fall for aborting fetuses and selling their body parts under the guise of “research” and “women’s health” are more like terrorists than terrorists themselves, I suppose. Anyone who doesn’t support the scam PP has going on is apparently not living in the 21st century and not moving forward.

I beg to differ. I say having views like that is living in the dark ages. If anyone ever doubted Hillary’s left-leaning liberalism, it’s right out in the open for all to see if they care to look. But the fascinating thing about it is that she is given a pass by many people, and of course the mainstream media, because she is a Clinton, and Clintons are like Teflon.

It’s bad enough that she is milking this thoroughly debunked and phony Republican war on women for all it is worth. Now she is railing against Citizens United, a conservative grass-roots organization whose interest is seeing that justice be served. Of course if justice is to be served, Hillary Rodham Clinton would be serving a very long prison sentence in a federal penitentiary for the misdeeds she’s done.

Still sore from the damaging expose film Citizens United made about her, Clinton told an audience in Iowa that she would seek a constitutional amendment to overturn a 2010 decision which allows 501(c) organizations to spend money opposing or supporting candidates for office.

“We need to fix our dysfunctional political system and get unaccountable money out of it once and for all, even if that takes a constitutional amendment,” she said.

Given the scandal the Clintons presently see themselves embroiled in, it seems ironic and hypocritical that she’d take that position. This all stems, however from the fact that under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Citizens United recently requested documents pertaining to Clinton’s business dealings. No wonder she’s railing about them.

This could all be for naught, however, if Congress would hasten to do its job and properly prosecute Hillary Clinton for her role in Benghazi and finally expose the inner workings of the massive email scandal which continues to grow exponentially. Although, if she is found guilty before the 2016 presidential election, it’s very possible President Obama would pardon her upon his leaving office. Ideally, she would be found guilty then sentenced after a new Republican president is sworn in.

Five Important Things Everyone Should Know About Illegal Immigration

The very touchy subject of illegal immigration has once again become one of the top issues currently discussed in today’s political arena. Although for years the issue has been important to many of us who care about America’s national security, sovereignty and culture, thanks to 2016 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump more people are being made aware of its seriousness.

The fact that illegal aliens are law breakers and thus should be deported is really not debatable. Yes, there are circumstances where we can make an exception, but those cases are very, very rare. Most people who come here illegally do so in order to take advantage of benefits and opportunities that should be reserved for legal American citizens.

Unfortunately our politicians have failed to secure our borders and enforce immigration law, which states that those here illegally must be deported. They’ve made a mockery of the law by flat out refusing to enforce it. These politicians should be relieved of their duty as civil servants because they’re not serving the public in any good way. Perhaps they need a lesson in Illegal Immigration 101. There are many solid points and sound arguments that can be made but here are five things everyone should know, especially our so-called leaders.

First, the U.S. is a nation of laws and the rule of law is of utmost importance. This precept alone is enough to make every other argument a moot point. Every person in America, legal or illegal, must adhere to it. Our very existence depends on it.

Second, U.S. immigration law does not need to be reformed, comprehensively or otherwise. It needs to be enforced. Our leaders, past presidents, the current president, past and current congressmen and congresswomen, past and current governors, state and local officials of sanctuary cities across America, have failed us in this regard.

Third, the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution does not provide citizenship to just anyone born inside the U.S. That amendment was very obviously written for the benefit of negro slaves who were brought to America against their will. It does not apply to children born to those who came here illegally (anchor babies). The amendment states that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” Illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, therefore the children they give birth to do not automatically become American citizens.

Fourth, providing amnesty to those here illegally is not the answer toward solving the illegal immigration problem. Amnesty yields disastrous results and only serves to exacerbate the problem. The 1986 amnesty act is a prime example of how wrong it was to usurp the law and magically make several million illegals automatic citizens. President Ronald Reagan later regretted signing this awful bill into law.

Finally, a “path toward citizenship” for illegals (also known as amnesty) rewards illegal behavior and defeats the purpose of our immigration system. Additionally, it is patently unfair to those who immigrated here legally. It doesn’t matter how long an illegal alien has been in the U. S., that person must either leave willingly or be deported. The offense of entering the United States illegally 30 years ago is as serious as entering the United States three months ago. The same crime was committed and it is still punishable.

As there are several things to know about illegal immigration, there are several things we can and should do to thwart future offenses. We should start by securing our borders and building a wall. We also need to go after and prosecute companies that employ illegal aliens. The fines should be so stiff that they’ll never even think about committing that white collar crime again. Another step we need to take is to end sanctuary cities. Any city that turns a blind eye to this lawlessness is culpable and should not just be defunded but also heavily fined. Most importantly, we need to enforce the law and deport illegal aliens when they are detained by authorities. This means that law enforcement officers need to be free to find, detain and turn over illegals to the proper authorities for deportation.

By taking away the jobs, welfare and benefits magnet that illegals are attracted to, many will call it quits and return to their rightful home countries. Contrary to popular opinion, by the way, it is possible to deport the millions of illegal aliens who are here. It would cost less to deport each one than it would be to continue allowing them to siphon taxpayer dollars and drain the economy in the process.

The Rough Road for Republican Presidential Candidates

It should be clear to everyone with a brain by now that any Republican presidential candidate will not be treated fairly by the mainstream media (MSM). It should be even clearer that Hillary Clinton, who announced her bid for the presidency back in April of 2015, will be and has been given a pass by the MSM. The MSM will fabricate stories of her successes and come up with excuses for her obvious failures, making them look like successes. This will undoubtedly work for those on the left who buy into every Democratic lie hook, line and sinker. What’s appalling is that these people, many of them anyway, are legally allowed to vote. Some of them not legally allowed to vote will end up voting illegally. This is a problem.

It’s almost impossible these days for Republicans to effectively get their messages across because those in the liberal left establishment are the gatekeepers of most of the media. They are able to fool an unsuspecting public into believing just about anything they tell them, because if it’s coming from the perceived “trusted” media it must be true, they rationalize. With this kind of control and indoctrination it’s no wonder that the Obama’s, Clinton’s, Reid’s, Pelosi’s and others unqualified are elected to high offices. The MSM has been telling us for years that these people, all Democrats by the way, are wonderful.

They also sell the public a bundle of goods when they push moderate and liberal Republican candidates on us during the primary seasons. Candidates like Sen. Bob Dole (R-KS), Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL), not conservative by any stretch of the imagination, are the media’s darlings because they have nary a chance at winning against a Democratic candidate.

It’s also problematic, however, when conservatives refuse to vote for anyone who is not conservative. Mitt Romney, for instance, is not exactly conservative. He signed in Romneycare, the precursor to Obamacare, in Massachusetts while he was the governor of that state. Some conservatives didn’t like him and refused to vote for him. That’s partly how Obama was re-elected – that and massive voter fraud on the part of Democrats.

Although Romney wasn’t the conservative choice for the Republican ticket, he was by far more qualified than Obama, and conservatives should have voted for him. Big deal he wasn’t conservative. It didn’t matter in the 2012 election cycle. What mattered was that we get Obama out and get our country back to where it needed to be economically.

Romney probably would have been a great president and helped solve some of the problems we face today under Obama. Did he run a perfect campaign? No. Did Obama? Of course not, but he didn’t have to. He had the support of low information voters, in addition to illegal voters. Romney, however, got in trouble for telling the truth, that Obama has the votes of 47% of the entitlement and welfare class. While that was true, the MSM covered the quote as if it was slander. Reasonable and rational people know it was not slander. Unfortunately, the truth hurts.

Another problem Romney had happened during the 2012 presidential debates. He solidly won each debate against Obama, but he lost to the moderators. While he said he would have a backbone when it came to Vladimir Putin, he didn’t have much of a backbone when it came to putting then CNN host and debate moderator Candy Crowley in her place when she openly and dishonestly advocated for Obama, defending his claim that he had called the attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi “an act of terror” when in fact he had not. Romney should have taken the next available opportunity to press the issue and expose the lie Obama told. Further, he should have hammered him for skipping off to Las Vegas a day after the attack to attend a campaign fundraiser in the midst of a national crisis.

Contrast that debate scenario with the one candidate Donald Trump handled against FOX News host and wannabe debate moderator Megyn Kelly in the first 2016 Republican presidential primary debate. Pressed for an answer to a “gotcha” question on his supposed misogyny, Trump let her and the media have it. It was fantastic to watch. Finally a candidate who is not worried about media blowback. It’s really quite refreshing. It reminded me a lot of how former House Speaker and 2008 Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich so eloquently put CNN host and debate moderator John King in his place when he decided to start the debate with a deliberately hurtful question about Gingrich’s ex-wife.

If Republicans want to win in 2016, they have to fight back. As difficult a task as it is, they must fight against a highly slanted, totally biased and leftist MSM, whether it is on Sunday morning political talk shows, on liberal networks like CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC and ABC, or even during a presidential debate. They must also reject the establishment GOP, the elitists who run the RNC, those who think they get to select the Republican candidate, and the political pundits like Karl Rove and Charles Krauthammer. They are not the ones who know best. And finally, the Republican candidate must be willing to unapologetically express what everyone is thinking but too timid to say. In other words, take a page out of Donald Trump’s and Newt Gingrich’s playbook.
